Terms & conditions.

These terms apply when you use this website, request an assessment or communicate with Carart Reborn Workshop about a service. A written quotation, job order or other agreement for a specific vehicle may include additional terms. If there is a conflict, the signed project-specific document will apply to the extent permitted by Malaysian law.

Photos and descriptions support an initial discussion but may not reveal hidden damage, previous repairs, corrosion, substrate condition or the full work required. A quotation is only final when the vehicle has been inspected and the scope is confirmed by the workshop.

Unless stated otherwise, quotations may be revised if additional work or materials become necessary after disassembly or closer inspection. We will explain material changes and seek approval before proceeding.

An enquiry or WhatsApp message does not by itself confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only when accepted by the workshop. Work begins after the customer approves the agreed scope, quotation or job order. Any deposit, payment schedule or cancellation arrangement will be stated in the relevant quotation or confirmation.

Automotive colour and finish may be affected by age, fading, previous paintwork, panel material and viewing conditions. We aim for a coherent professional result, but an exact invisible match cannot always be guaranteed across aged or previously refinished surfaces. Customers should disclose known previous repairs, coatings or modifications before work begins.

Estimated completion dates are given in good faith and may change because of hidden damage, parts or material availability, curing requirements, weather, supplier delays or additional approved work. We will communicate significant timing changes when reasonably possible.

Please remove cash, valuables, loose accessories and personal items before leaving a vehicle with us. The workshop may move the vehicle within or around the premises and, where reasonably necessary for inspection or verification, conduct a short road test. Existing damage and relevant vehicle condition may be recorded for job documentation.

Any customer-supplied part, accessory or modification is subject to inspection and suitability. We may decline work that appears unsafe, unlawful, incompatible with the vehicle or outside our capability. The customer remains responsible for ensuring that requested modifications comply with applicable road-use, insurance and regulatory requirements.

Payment arrangements, accepted methods and any warranty applicable to a job will be stated in the quotation, invoice or job order. The vehicle should be collected after completion and settlement of the agreed amount. No general warranty is created by this website; any workmanship or product warranty must be confirmed in writing for the specific job.

Website information and illustrative images are provided for general guidance and may be updated without notice. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook or other third-party services are governed by those providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content or privacy practices of external platforms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions about a quotation or service should first be raised directly with Carart Reborn Workshop so we can review the matter.
